A deposit equal to one half of the total payment is due to process your order. Production will not begin until deposit is received.

Once the deposit is received, production will begin. As each order is made by hand, production time will vary depending on the nature of the customer’s request. Generally, custom orders take 4-8 weeks to complete.

The remainder of the payment is due upon completion of the project and must be received before pick-up or delivery.

All projects can be picked up upon completion. If you would like delivery, there is an additional fee of $50 for small projects (width or length lesser than 4ft) and $100 for large projects (width or length greater than 4ft). If delivery address is not within 30 miles of 21206, delivery fee will be adjusted accordingly (max $150).
